Las Brisas Reserve

We have been working with the producers of Las Brisas since 2013. Our importing partners at Caravela have been diligently growing this project, from 9 producers in 2015 to over 100 producers contributing. Tolima is very remote and difficult terrain, so this outlay of resources has been well received and the programs Caravela runs to improve quality and consistency of coffee have been well received by the producers. We are proud to support this sort of development and betterment of coffee producers' livelihoods! We find many of the same flavor notes as our Las Brisas lot- stonefruit, custardy desserts, cloves & cardamom- as well as a refined sweetness, florality and more dynamic ripe fruit acidity
